How Your Project Flows From Concept to Completion
- A free, up-front assessment of your project. We want to know your expectations for the project. How you see the project unfolding. What your timeline and budget is. We'll offer suggestions and share our knowledge of print production, mail processing, postal rates and delivery timelines with you.
- An accurate cost estimate for each quantity and alternative. We want to help you make an informed decision. We help you to explore all possible ways of saving money on your project. If we see a way that you can save money or time, we will bring it to your attention.
- A comprehensive work order. We review with you all components in the project: design instructions, decision makers, quantities, stock, ink colors, finished sizes, list processing, shipping and postal instructions and timelines. This information is entered into our work order for the project and is available throughout the plant, now and into the millennium.
- Blue lines, match prints, mailing list signoffs, postage approvals and insertion orders. We keep you informed each step of the way. Your serious attention to this approval process is critical to the success of your project.
- Excellent follow-through. Your account representative is on the job every day as the job progresses through our plant. She or he is available to answer questions, look at proofs before sending them on to you and to do press checks, etc. Each department adheres to strict performance standards to ensure excellent quality and on-time delivery.
- Project wrap-up. Your account representative reviews production reports and assembles your work order for billing. The mailing department packages and ships samples and overruns next day. The billing department sends your invoice and postage statements within two to three days.
Note: When you share your evaluation of the project and the results
with us, we love it.
